This unique coin combines an obverse bust of Constantine Caesar with a reverse for Constantine Augustus. The obverse is a die match to the Constantine Caesar offered in Savoca's 13th Blue Auction (2018), 2106, and the reverse is die matched with the Constantine I example offered by Savoca London, Monthly Auction 5 (2020), 871. This is the only hybrid in the 1357 dynastic bronzes presently known from Antioch.
